I was born in Texas from Mexican parents currently traveling during my vacation time and teaching yoga across the world. I have taught yoga in U.A.E, U.S.A, India, online and list goes on. However, it all started in San Antonio, Texas where I took my first Bikram yoga class, fell in love with the discipline, and the rest is history.
My classes are designed to combine contemporary practices of yoga with modern relaxing asanas, mindful breathing, and pranayama practices to ground the body and mind throughout the class.
I believe we are all connected through divine creation. Every day is a miracle where we are given the opportunity to develop in every aspect of life with growth, knowledge and understanding as the objective.

Yoga offers a full movement system to regain and reconnect back to the body. Moreover, it involves the asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), and the meditative mind to help you accomplish the goal of uniting the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga improves cognitive and executive functions such as knowledge acquisition, memory, learning, attention, decision-making, reasoning, and language abilities. Therefore, yoga gives the brain an edge making it sharper by regulating the mood, thereby decreasing anxiety and depression.
Yoga is one of the best practices to reduce stress, increase self-confidence and self-esteem. Not only is yoga a great way to physically exercise the body, it is also a technique used to become aware of body sensations, feelings, and thoughts while learning to tolerate them. In other words, yoga is a tool used by the practitioner to be fully present and help reduce the patterns of dissociation often observed by individuals who have suffered trauma or mental health disorders.
